1. Project Manager / Account Manager

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Commission-based

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager / Account Manager to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate should have strong project management skills, be highly organized, and have a proven track record of successful project delivery. In addition, the candidate should have experience in account management, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of digital marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all components
  • Develop project plans and timelines, set priorities, assign tasks, and provide clear direction to team members
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and proactively communicate status updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure that all campaigns are completed within budget and on schedule
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including digital marketing specialists, data analysts, and account managers
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes as necessary
  • Manage relationships with external vendors as needed
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, including regular check-ins, account reviews, and reporting
  • Work closely with the digital marketing team to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and meeting client expectations
  • Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue goals and grow client accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for new business within existing accounts
  • Manage the client contract process, including negotiating terms and conditions
  • Provide regular reports on account performance to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and share knowledge with the team

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in project management and account management within a digital marketing agency
  • Strong project management skills with experience in managing multiple projects concurrently
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Experience managing budgets and project financials
  • Ability to think strategically and identify areas for process improvement
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision making
  • Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and tools, such as SEO, PPC, and social media advertising
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

2. Sales Representative

Location: Remote

Job Type: Commission-based

Job Description:

We are a digital marketing company seeking a motivated and skilled Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients, building relationships, and closing deals. This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients 
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to clients 
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Requirements:

  •  1-2 years of experience in sales or business development
  •   Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  •  Ability to work independently and remotely
  •  Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and goals
  •  Experience in digital marketing is a plus
